We know finding a new car can be confusing and stressful. So to help you buy your next used car with confidence, we ensure all our dealers meet a minimum standard of service. We call these AA Cars Standards. 

They're basically the AA's Commandments of Gold Standard customer service - making sure you get looked after both before and after sale to create peace of mind and a stress-free experience.

What are the promises? The dealer will......

• include 12 months breakdown and recovery free of charge
• Provide Driveaway Insurance for up to 5 days at discounted price
• Include a £75 voucher for your next Service/MOT if vehicle is taken to an AA approved garage
• Provide a minimum of 6 months MOT on all vehicles
• Allow you to test drive any vehicle
• Welcome any vehicle inspection before you buy
• Make sure every vehicle is in good condition
• Provide V5 registration and service records where available
• Work closely with you and the AA Cars team to help with any issues
